Through carefully formulated inks and professional printing technology, we are able to achieve precise control over the shape, color and layout of the rhinestones, so that the pattern can show a perfect effect on the product.
Spray Color: Use paint to spray on, color spray technology is another highlight of ours. We use advanced spraying equipment to evenly spray colorful paint around the rhinestone pattern to enhance its artistic sense and layering. Our color spraying process is not limited to a single color, but can also be processed with special effects such as gradients and brightness adjustments to bring more colorful effects to rhinestone patterns.
Spray Paint: Form a uniform paint film on the surface of aluminum sheet by spraying paint to enhance the decoration, durability and anti-corrosion of aluminum products.
1. Surface preparation: remove dirt, grease and oxides from the surface of the aluminum sheet.
2. Primer coating: The role of the primer is to provide better adhesion and sealing for the coating, and to enhance the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating.
3. Color coating: After the primer is completely dry, the color paint can be applied. According to customer requirements and design needs, you can choose single-color paint or multi-color paint for spraying.
4. Drying and curing: After the paint is applied, it needs to go through the drying and curing process to ensure the complete drying and hardening of the paint.
5. Surface treatment: After the painting process is completed, surface treatment can be carried out, such as polishing, grinding and cleaning processes. These steps can further improve the surface finish and texture of aluminum sheet products, making them more decorative and quality.

Illusory Color: Electroplating + painting + color melting
1. Electroplating: The substrate to be treated needs to be electroplated. During the electroplating process, a layer of metal plating is formed on the surface of the substrate, usually using copper, chromium, nickel and other metals for plating. The purpose is to enhance the corrosion resistance and adhesion of the substrate
2. Painting: After the electroplating is completed, the painting process will be carried out. Spray paint can choose to use various colors of paint, choose according to design requirements.
3. Melting color: Melting color is a key step in the magic color painting process. When the sprayed base color paint is not completely dry, the surface paint is reheated through a specific heat treatment process to make it melt and flow to form a special color effect. The time and temperature of color fusion need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the illusion obtained is stable, uniform and long-lasting.
Electroplating(oxidation): Good color and texture; the color is bright and full.
The electroplating process refers to electroplating a specific coating on the surface of the aluminum sheet after a series of processes to obtain different functions and appearance effects.
The electroplating solution contains a certain concentration of metal ions, such as copper ions, nickel ions, chromium ions, etc., through the action of an electric current, these metal ions are reduced to metal atoms, and a layer of metal coating is deposited on the surface of the aluminum sheet. This step can not only increase the appearance of the aluminum sheet, but also provide good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
