Electroplating Process
●Preliminary preparation: Before electroplating, we will make strict preparations for the plating. Cleans and removes surface impurities.
●Selection of electrolyte: We precisely control the composition and concentration of the electrolyte according to the requirements of different coatings to ensure the best results in the electroplating process.
●Electroplating process: By applying an electric current, metal ions are precipitated on the surface of the substrate to form a metal coating. Ensure thickness, uniformity and adhesion of metal plating.
●Quality Control: During the entire electroplating process, we conduct strict monitoring and inspection to ensure that the coating quality of each product meets the standards and requirements.
Weaving Process
●Design Planning: We carefully plan and design the pattern before inserting the rhinestones on the piece of fabric. According to customer needs and fashion trends, our designers will create unique and exquisite patterns.
●Rhinestone embedding: In the reserved holes on the aluminum sheet, we will embed carefully selected rhinestones one by one. The size, shape and color of rhinestones can be selected according to design requirements to create colorful decorative effects.
●Assemble into woven pieces: After the rhinestone embedding is completed, we assemble the aluminum pieces into woven pieces according to a specific arrangement.
●Surface treatment: In order to increase the stability and durability of the woven sheet, we perform surface treatment on the aluminum sheet such as grinding, polishing and coating. Increase its corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
